« Ich fand immer, wir Frauen können genauso wie Männer. Wir Frauen konnten auch Richterinnen sein. Wieso also auch nicht am Bundesgericht? Ich bin ein Trotzkopf. Wenn ich etwas machen möchte und auf Widerstände stosse, die mich nicht überzeugen, dann versuche ich mich durchzusetzen. Das ist mir damals gelungen. »
