« Je dirais que je suis militante par la façon dont j’essaie d’évoluer dans le monde. Je revendique en faisant. C’est-à-dire en assumant cette vie-là et en prenant mon pouvoir dans des situations qui nécessitent une prise de décision, qui nécessitent une forme de courage, qui nécessitent d’assumer une féminité, une autre façon de faire, un autre regard, une autre écriture et puis d’essayer de défendre cette voie-là. J’ai l’impression que c’est en soi un acte militant. »

In other words, by taking responsibility for my life and owning how I respond to situations that require a decision to be made, that require a certain courage, that require a certain femininity, a different way of doing, a different view, different writing, and then trying to defend that path.
